How many guests can Three Sisters Vineyards accommodate?

The average wedding is 100-150 guests. And we can accommodate smaller or larger groups up to 300 on our property.

Do you have a minimum fees?

Yes. Our Wedding Site/House Equipment Fee minimum is 5000.  

What is your food fee?

Generally, catering can be 25-55+ per person depending on your choices. (Sometimes lower - Sometimes higher) We offer economical food options, premium traditional buffets options, and just about anything you can imagine.

Can I bring in my own food or caterer?

No.  We require licensed and approved food vendors. Three Sisters offers a wide variety of catering options. We work with all the best catering companies (Many Listed in The Knot) and maintain relationships with many approved vendors.  We are happy to request a quote.

Do you allow any outside vendors?

Yes.  You may bring your own Photographer, Wedding Cake, Flowers and DJ or Band with our company approval. Or we can help you arrange these services.

Can we have Liquor at our reception?

No. Three Sisters Vineyards is licensed for wine and beer only.  Our beverage packages include wine, beer and soft drinks plus a bartender.  Premium Pour and Basic Pour package options per person are offered based on your guest list.

What about equipment?

Three Sisters includes white wooden wedding chairs and farmhouse tables and chairs for 100 guests in our barn.  Some catering companies present dinnerware and linens. Others do not. Three Sisters has several equipment rental companies that offer everything you’ll need and we'll assist you with a quote if you have more than 100 guests. 

Can you help me with extra services?

Yes. We can arrange Transportation, Specialty Pews, Special Decorations, Sparkling Wine Toasts, Luxury Specialty Coffee Carts, Private Label Wines, Horse & Carriage, Photo Booths, Yard Games and more.

Do you have a rain back up?

Yes. We have indoor and covered ceremony site options. Tents can also be added or attached to our event barn.

How do I reserve a date?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% and reservation letter secures your date. And we conduct only one wedding per date. Once you place a deposit and sign a reservation letter, we will take this date off the market and it is yours!
